Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webrana ("the Service") — an API gateway that provides prepaid access to third-party AI models. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

During its current beta phase, Webrana is operated by an individual based in Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"), not by an incorporated company. We may transfer operation to a registered legal entity in the future; these Terms will continue to apply.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Webrana you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your API keys.
• API keys are shown once at creation. Store them securely; you can create and revoke keys at any time from the dashboard.
• Notify us promptly at hello@webrana.id if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials you failed to secure or report.

3. The service

Webrana forwards your API requests to upstream model providers and returns their responses. We currently route to OpenAI, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), Z.ai (GLM), Moonshot AI (Kimi), xAI (Grok) and DeepSeek. Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) appear in our catalogue and will receive requests once we enable them. Which provider handles a given request is determined by the model you select, and the current list is always available from GET /v1/models.

We are a reseller: we do not train, host, or control the underlying models, and their availability, capabilities, and outputs are provided by those third parties. We may add or remove providers and models at any time.

Your use of each model is also subject to the relevant upstream provider's terms and usage policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

4. Credits, pricing, and payment

• Access is billed in prepaid credits. Credits are consumed per request based on token usage and the model's rate and multiplier, shown in the dashboard and via the API.
• You purchase credits through our payment processor (Tripay) in Indonesian Rupiah via QRIS or e-wallet. Payment processing fees are shown transparently before checkout and are charged to you.
• Rates, multipliers, and package prices may change to reflect upstream costs and exchange rates. Changes apply to future usage and purchases, not to credits already consumed.
• Credits are for use with the Service, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

5. Refunds

Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. If credits were not delivered due to a confirmed processing error on our side, contact us and we will make a good-faith effort to correct it. Consumed credits cannot be refunded.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, or billing;
• resell or sublicense access in a way that violates upstream provider policies; or
• share or transfer API keys to parties not authorized by you.

We may apply per-key rate limits and spending caps to protect the Service. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

7. Availability and beta status

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during beta. Features may change, be limited, or be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that upstream models will always be reachable. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Intellectual property

You retain your rights to the inputs you send and, as between you and us, to the outputs you receive (subject to the upstream providers' terms). The Webrana name, brand, and software are ours; these Terms do not grant you rights to them beyond using the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for model outputs, upstream provider actions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law or upstream policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
